A first glimpse at the Christmas lights in Hong Kong

Even though Christmas is not a very big thing for the people in Hong Kong the whole city is covered in Christmas decoration. And as Hong Kong likes to entertain its people, the Christmas lights and installations are usually gigantic and quite impressive.

We passed a big plaza in the busy Tsim Sha Tsui district the other day and can already show you a glimpse of what Christmas decorations look like over here. All the skyscrapers surrounding the plaza are covered with colourful lights and light up everything as soon as it gets dark. We’ll look out for more Christmas installations to show you, because there all kinds of Christmas decorations to be found here.

It is surprising that the lights are so impressive, if Christmas is not celebrated in China. They are even better than the Christmas lights in some UK cities.
