Friends of DIY, check this out. We added some cute eraser making kits from Japan to our shop today. You can make fruit, insect, doughnuts, sweets, skulls and more with colourful clay, we got several designs. Among our favourite ones are the kits to make skulls and princess stuff, as those erasers even glow in the dark. How cool is that? We just totally like the idea of making erasers ourselves, it’s just a very unique thing to do. Don’t you think?

We are so looking forward to that. Re-Ment announced some super cute Hello Kitty ice cream pens. They will be released on the 11th of July, we will order them right away. Don’t you just want to have them right now? They just look adorable and are a fun thing especially on hot summer days. There are 3 different colours, you can choose between a pink, yellow or blue design. I like the cute waffle rabbit ears, they look super tasty. I definiteley want some ice cream now.

It just arrived and I immediateley added it to our shop. We got a “Alice Wonder Sweets Shop” Re-Ment Box from Japan. There are 6 different themes with lots of cute miniature sweets and shop accessories. Of course everything is related to Alice in Wonderland and super cute. So many lovely details.

We are expecting even more cute Re-Ments to arrive within the next weeks. We’ll keep you posted.

They are from the USA by the American manufacturer Robert Kaufman. Robert Kaufman is one of our most important fabric suppliers, we just love the high quality and the beautiful prints. Oh, you will love it. We finally got Rilakkuma Plush Toys and added them to our online shop today. I just think that they are absolutely adorable and am so excited to hear how you guys like them. We got plushies of brown bear Rilakkuma, white bear Korilakkuma and yellow chick Kiiroitori. Also there are some really cute Rilakkuma charms from the ‘Rilakkuma meets honey’ collection. We just added some cute soft Puchi Babie deer from Japan in pretty funky designs to our shop. There are 4 different designs that you can choose from – from romantic pink cherry blossoms to rocky colourful skulls. Of course the little deer always looks super cute and will turn your pencil cases, bags, backpacks or other things into an eye-catcher. Which design is your favourite?

We also got adorable matryoshka key covers from Japan. They really look so pretty that I want to keep them all to myself. But I was able to stop myself from being so selfish and put them online already.

This weekend we were moving our office from Kwai Fong to Fo Tan. It took us 3 days to move because we had so much stuff, especially so many products to move. We also had to be very careful with packing the products to make sure nothing gets broken, bent or crushed. It was a really exhausting weekend but we finally made it. Thanks to all our friends who helped us moving, without them we couldn’t have done it. Now we have a much bigger office and warehouse with lots of space for new cute products for our shop Here are some pictures I took during our move:

Today we signed the new contract for our bigger office I was writing about a couple of days ago. We are really excited about this move because we ran out of space in our current office and we plan to stock a lot more products. Signing the contract was quite some torture for me because the landlord is an elderly Chinese man who doesn’t speak a single word English. Additional, he was super slow with reading all the docouments, signing etc. and he had lots of very strange requests. For example, he took a photo of the keys and started to explain to Alan every single key (of course he mixed them up and struggled to identify them). I was so dumbfounded, I had to take a photo. My butt was hurting because I was sitting on a cheap chair for a whole hour already. I was so glad when this whole procedure was over and we finally had the keys. Next week we will move our office. I will definitely take some photos for you guys again.

Our office lease is almost finished and we are looking for a new, bigger place to rent. We were checking out many places, most were unacceptable because too dirty/ugly/old or too overpriced. It is really hard to find a suitable, nice looking office in Hong Kong. Rent is ridiculously high in Hong Kong and the office quality often pretty poor. However, today we were lucky and found the right place. It is in Fo Tan, an industrial district of Hong Kong and conveniently located near the highway and the train station. The office is 3 times as big as our current office but we really need the bigger space. Here are some pictures we took today:
