Cute visitor in our office

We are surrounded by cute things everyday, but this one beats them all. We have an adorable visitor in our office at the moment. Our managing director Sandra is on Christmas holiday in Austria and all the remaining modes4u staff takes care of her cat. That super sweet animal really can’t complain about not getting enough attention, because everybody is stroking her constantly. Still, her favourite thing to do is sleeping. Her favourite spot for that is an empty box where she cuddles up and naps for hours. So cute!

Unfortunately this cat isn’t for sale - otherwise we would have bought it ourselves already – but if you can’t get enough of those soft purring animals, take a look at all of our cat products. In particular we added a lot of new Kutusita Nyanko items recently. That black cat with the white paws is really sweet.

We wish everyone a Happy New Year 2010!

We send everyone all the best from Austria! I hope you have a great New Year 2010 and may there be lots of cute things happening :-) I added some photos from our stay in Austria again. We booked a private plane to take us to the Austrian and Swiss mountains for a great view. It was snowing the night before heavily and on the day of our flight, it was a perfect sunny day so we could take lots of great pictures of my home. Enjoy!

New camera for taking Pics

We bought a new camera for taking product pictures. We used the Canon 30D and replaced it with the newest Canon 7D. It was released today and Alan went and bought it today. He was afraid it will sell out immediately, so he had to get there on the release day. This new camera will help us to take even better pics of our productsand make it easier and faster to take detailed pictures with very nice colours. Of course the camera will be used for other occasions as well, as Alan is a passionate photographer during his free time. ;-) We are going back to my hometown Bregenz in Austria during Christmas and I am sure the camera will be used there very often. :-)

3rd Newspaper Report about me

Coincidentally I found out that my interview incl. my pic was printed in another newspaper this week. The name of the newspaper is “Vorarlberger Wirtschaft” and is an economy newspaper mainly talking about the Austrian economy. They used the same interview and wrote a new text about me. The article is about my university in Austria “Fachhochschule Vorarlberg” and they mention me in the report saying I am an “entrepreneur in Hong Kong managing her own business” and have a “successful international carreer“. Sounds really good to me ;-) I didn’t know that my interview is going to be printed in another newspaper but today my sis sent me an email telling me that her boss just gave her that newspaper and told her that her sis is in the paper. Otherwise I may have never found out about that. Thanks sis. Here is a link to the complete article (in German): Interview

More Visitors from Austria

I checked my Google Analytics Account today to see how many visitors we had in our online shop over the weekend. Usually Germany is number 1 and USA number 2. But yesterday, Austria was for the first time number 1! The reason is very simple, my interview was publish yesterday and the shop link was placed very prominently under the headline. So some people wanted to check out my shop after reading my interview. We even got an order from a nearby village where I grew up. I guess I should do more interviews?!? ;-)
