Hey, isn’t that good news? Re-Ment announced two new sets, which will be released in Japan in January and February. They both are food Re-Ments with delicious dishes and candy. The first one to be released is a cute Minnie Mouse Re-Ment Set with lots of pastry, cupcakes and sweets. It also has an impressive and really huge birthday cake, the kind of cake every person dreams about. The set consists of 8 parts, will be released in Japan on the 23rd of January and is just perfect to be displayed in the Mickey & Minnie Re-Ment Showcase that we recently added to our shop.

On February 13th a new Hello Kitty set will be unleashed on Japan. It’s a really adorable Happy Birthday Re-Ment consisting of 6 sets with a great cake and more lovely birthday food. A nice gimmick: You can take out one piece of the cake, so you have two ways to display it. C-U-T-E.

Hong Kong is packed with cute stuff from Rilakkuma, Sentimental Circus, Kutusita Nyanko, Hello Kitty, Kuromi and many more characters we love. You can get eveything with your favourite character on it. Yes, even food. Today we show you some very sweets cakes that we discovered during the last days. Aren’t they just adorable?

There are basically two types of character cakes: The ones that are really shaped like the figures such as the Angry Birds cakes you can currently get at Hong Kong’s Maxim’s cakes and the ones that use the characters as embellishments like the Hello Kitty cake we also saw at Maxim’s or the Rilakkuma series of Saint Honore Cake Shop. We hope they taste as good as they look, but they already get 10 points for the cute appearance. Which cake do you like best?

A lot of you guys have been asking for them, that’s why we hurried like hell when they arrived. Today we got a first delivery of cute squishies that you can already buy in our shop. It is just a small delivery, so you better be quick if you want to get one. We expect them to be sold out super fast, as so many customers asked for them. It was really fun when they arrived.The whole office was grabbing and squeezing them, as they are just so soft and squeezable. We got mainly Donut and cake squishies, but also super cute ones with Rilakkuma bears and chicks. Kawaii as usual. Do you think we should already reorder?

It was party time at the office, because we celebrated two birthdays today… And what do you think must not be missing when celebrating at modes4u? Cute stuff of course. That’s why our Managing Director Sandra and our packing fairy Lok got an adorable Sesame Street cake for their birthdays. It had lovely Elmo and cookie monster on it. Not only did it look super delicious, but tasted very sweet and yummy as well. The whole staff enjoyed a piece. Happy Birthday Sandra and Lok!

Getting new eraser deliveries definitely belongs to the highlights at our office. It’s just that everybody absolutely falls for the cute Japanese erasers and is always excited about the new designs. They are just so cute, colourful and accurate in detail. We now added a lot of cute new Chinese lucky cat erasers, hedgehog erasers, ice cream erasers, cake erasers and Japanese Kokeshi doll erasers by Iwako. You should check them out in our shop, as we got them in many bright colours, it’s really pretty to look at.
