Translate our shop into your preferred language

We just added a function to translate our shop into different languages, including Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Russian and more. Our programmer used the Google translation tool and changed it so it fits to our shop design and our settings. I know that an automatic translation is not perfect but I believe it is better than no translation and having no clue what is written on the site. We do have customers who would like to buy from us but don’t speak English or German (our current language options). We hope this automatic translation will help those people.

Worldwide Shipping

I get continuously emails from customers asking if we ship to this country or that country. We had a worldwide shipping logo placed on every page of our online shop and also explain in our shipping details that we do ship worldwide. However, people still seemed to be unsure if we ship to their country. We changed the Worldwide Shipping logo to a much bigger one now which is very easy to see on every page of our shop. I hope this will help our customers to see quickly, that we do ship worldwide and even offer free shipping for orders above 60 Euro / US$78 / £54. If anyone has any further recommendations for us, please let us know by email.

New function: Order History

Good news everyone, we have a new function in our shop: Order History. You are now able to login to your account and check the status and details of your previous orders. We also included the product number, product picture and link to the product description. I hope this will help our customers to conveniently check their previous orders and get a quick overview which orders are pending and which ones have been shipped already.

Turning off our old software today

As I mentioned before here, we are switching to a new software to handle our products, customers, orders and a lot more. We tested this new custom made software for one month now and we are ready to turn off the old one. Bye bye Afterbuy! We won’t miss you 😉 Our new software is going to make our life a lot easier and will even make it possible to ship orders faster! How? The post office closes at 5pm, so the last orders can be packed at 4pm. With this new software, we can get the latest paid orders to our shipping department just before 4pm and therefore ship them on the same day. Before, we couldn’t do that and had to ship those new incoming orders the next day. And now it is time to turn off the old software and use the new one! YAY

New Category ‘New Products’

As we are getting so many new products every week, we decided to make a new category in our online shop called “New Products“. This category shows all products we got within the last 2 weeks and they are ordered by date. That means when you click into the category, the top item is the newest product we added to the shop. I hope this category helps our customers to get an overview of the latest products we have in our kawaii shop.

2 years ago: 1st order in our shop

Today 2 years ago we got our first order in our shop! It seems such a long time ago and it’s hard to imagine that time now. We are at almost 2,000 orders now and we came so far since that day. I am very gratefull for the success of this business and we are very happy with our work. I enjoy my job every day and never feel any regret starting it. Our customers are great people who are very kind, friendly and also very patient when a package doesn’t arrive within days. Thank you soooo much for everything! We promise we will work very hard to make this business bigger and offer even more cute products to everyone around the world. Thank you!

WOW, we got our 1,000th order in our shop today! Unbelievable! We would have never thought that our shop will grow so fast. Thanks to all our customers for your trust and loyalty!
