Well, they won’t contain money but a little surprise. A lot of you guys have been waiting for this, today we restocked our popular ‘What a hoot’ owl fabrics in our online shop, that just arrived from the USA. Classic Cotton reprinted the fabrics just for us, I was really happy that we could get them again. FINALLY!!! We received our looooong awaited order of clay sets from Japan! It took ages and we were quite desperate already. Every day, customers sent us emails asking us when we will have those clay sets back in stock. They are finally here! YAY! Our clay sets became really popular in our shop and we ran out of stock very fast. We did place an order immediately but it took very long to get them this time. Today I received a call from a man in Hong Kong who wanted to order Japanese food from us. As he didn’t speak English, I passed the phone to my colleague and he found out that this person saw our Japanese erasers on the web and thought we are selling Japanese food in Hong Kong. We had a big laugh afterwards. Our Japanese Food erasers look so realistic that people think we are selling real edible food. Now that is a funny story I will remember for a long time

We finally received our order from San-X after waiting for 3 months plus a problem with crushed boxes. We checked all cartons carefully and fortunately all products arrived safely without any damages. Lucky us! We couldn’t resist and had to spread out the goods to take some pictures of them. It is quite tricky to do this because there are so many products and we have limited floor space. There are so many new cute letter sets, pencil cases, folder, ruler, pencils and bento boxes. The following San-X characters are included: Rilakkuma, Kerori, Kamonohashikamo, Sabo Kappa, Berry Puppy, Kireizukin, Kutusita Nyanko and Mamegoma. We tried our best to get as many products as possible on one picture. We decided to give away some cute Chinese New Year Red Pockets again this year. We did that last year already and we got some good feedback from customers who were really happy about the extra gift. Therefore, we bought some cute bunny red pockets (2011 is the year of the rabbit) + some Hello Kitty red pockets. Inside each red pocket, we will hide another extra gift for you. Today we received 2 long awaited orders of Japanese fabrics from Kokka and Cosmo. We are so excited, there are so many new cute and awesome prints like Alice in Wonderland, kawaii animals, matryoshka, skulls, flowers, Christmas fabrics and Halloween fabrics and many many more. One of my favorite fabrics are definitely the kawaii Christmas fabrics by Cosmo, they are just too cute We took some pictures of the fabric bolts, so you can enjoy them as well

Today, we got our new order delivered from Japan. We ordered lots of Q-Lia items including bags, flip flops, bento boxes, memo pads, stickers, chopsticks and notebooks. They are also super cute and so kawaii! My favorites are a Alice in Wonderland notebook, the blue bear bag and some capsule stickers with a pudding with faces on it. Super CUTE!!! I took a few pics of some of the items after we opened the boxes.

I have another update from Kokka: We sell the fabrics from our first order with Kokka crazily and therefore we decided to place a new order now to prevent running out of stock. We got one wholesale order from a shop in Germany and therefore we can combine the 2 orders, ship them together and save some shipping costs. We ordered over 35 bolts of Kokka fabrics! They will be shipped by ship. I am looking forward to get them, the expected arrival date is 21.10.2009. I will definitely post a blog post when the fabrics arrive. So keep coming back for news!
