It’s packing madness at the office. The last weeks have already been quite busy, but this week was the absolute climax of the year so far. There were just so many orders that almost everybody at modes4u was helping the packing staff to make sure that everything is shipped quickly to you guys. We are sending hundreds of packages per day and are working full speed. So your Christmas presents are on their way, thanks for all your orders. It’s great to see that you love our kawaii stuff so much. My husband and I will be on holidays during the holidays to visit my family in Austria. Our packing staff will continue working in the office, so don’t worry about any shipping delays. All paid orders will be shipped within 1 business day as usual. We wish everyone a happy time with family, friends and workmates/classmates. Merry Christmas!

I get continuously emails from customers asking if we ship to this country or that country. We had a worldwide shipping logo placed on every page of our online shop and also explain in our shipping details that we do ship worldwide. However, people still seemed to be unsure if we ship to their country. We changed the Worldwide Shipping logo to a much bigger one now which is very easy to see on every page of our shop. I hope this will help our customers to see quickly, that we do ship worldwide and even offer free shipping for orders above 60 Euro / US$78 / £54. If anyone has any further recommendations for us, please let us know by email.

I will be on holidays from 12th of July until 19th of July! Daily shipping will continue as our packing staff will work as usual. I am looking forward to relax a bit and recharge my batteries. I know already that I will return with lots of new ideas and a huge motivation for improving my business I hope everyone else has a nice summer as well. We are on holidays from 16th December till 4th of January and during this time we offer everyone a 10% discount on all items in our shop. We usually don’t do discounts but as all orders can only be shipped after 4th of January, we would like to compensate our customers with the longer waiting period. I have another update from Kokka: We sell the fabrics from our first order with Kokka crazily and therefore we decided to place a new order now to prevent running out of stock. We got one wholesale order from a shop in Germany and therefore we can combine the 2 orders, ship them together and save some shipping costs. We ordered over 35 bolts of Kokka fabrics! They will be shipped by ship. I am looking forward to get them, the expected arrival date is 21.10.2009. I will definitely post a blog post when the fabrics arrive. So keep coming back for news!
