Dim sum is a style of Chinese food that comes mainly from Cantonese cuisine. It generally consists of several different dishes, served in small bite-size portions, on plates and bamboo steamer baskets. Foods are fried, steamed, roasted etc., and usually taken with tea. It is the perfect way to try an assortment of dishes, while sharing them with your fellow diners!
Festive dim sum on weekends with family and friends is a great tradition here, especially for breakfast or lunch.
