Amazing Christmas crochet decorations in Hong Kong!

Look what we just found!  Crochet artists from La Belle Epoque have decorated a long strip of street around Fashion Walk in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, with their kawaii creatures creations!  What a wonderful way to celebrate the season!

There are many cute, colourful animals, including a reindeer and snowmen, wearing Christmas hats, carrying presents and Christmas stockings.

This type of arts & crafts installation, known as yarn bombing or graffiti knitting, and has been around for a while, and examples can be seen in many cities all over the world.  However, this awesome crochet animal display reminds us too of the amigurumi, the Japanese trend of crocheting beautiful kawaii animals and mini items.  Are you into any DIY hobbies?

The great images included below are taken from the All About Hong Kong Facebook page.  Check out the pictures, and let us know which ones you like best!
