All seasons have their iconic features, and certain sounds are a part of this too. For instance, people who love to spend their summer holidays on the beach may associate summer with the sound of waves and the crying of seagulls. When thinking about deep winter, we may recall tiny bells ringing during the Christmas seasons, or that special crunching heard when walking on snowy ground. Music usually plays a part in some of our memories, too, especially joyful ones. Most people associate specific melodies, songs or pieces to their memories of happy times.
In general, summer tends to be especially full of good moments to remember, as we enjoy better weather, and have more free time that can be spent pleasurably.
