San-X has been busy developing new characters. The kawaii Nyanpuku cat was already released in 2012. But as we just recently received more products with the funny fella, we want to to introduce him today.
Nyanpuku is a fat cat who is inspired by the Japanese maneki-neko lucky cats. His name literally means ‘Meow Fortune’. He has a key-shaped tail and a heart on the back. He is already quite old – 2929 years – and brings you ‘fukudama’ happiness and fortune. The kawaii cat weighs 2.9 kg (which is supposed to be the mass that can fit in your hand) and loves food like croquettes.
We have quite a few Nayanpuku stationery products in our shop, so check them out.
