Our amazing customer, Merita, created an incredible bag using Asia fabric she purchased from our shop! This shoulder bag is so stylish and practical, it’s the kind that would be great for everyday use, or for a formal event. It uses a particular fabric design, by Alexander Henry. Does it inspire you to create something using a fabric you’ve purchased from us? If so, please do send us photos, as we love seeing them! We’ve included some suggestions for other fabrics you could use for your own bag project, check them out too.
You HAVE to check out this bag made by our customer!!
How stylish!
It looks so spacious on the inside!
It includes very handy side compartments and a clasp
There’s a compartment with a zip too!
There’s a super cute My Melody structure placed just outside iSquare Mall in Hong Kong, and it has proven to be a big hit with both locals and tourists! People can’t seem to get enough of taking photos around this adorable display featuring one of Sanrio‘s most beloved characters. Around it you’ll see ‘windows’ with little characters, bunny shaped mushrooms and a very big My Melody head on top! Are you a My Melody fan? Let us know!
My Melody is in town!
Wow!
Lots of people were taking photos with her!
Is she expecting any mail?
Who’s looking out the window?
Someone seems a bit shy!

We are thrilled to share these incredible photos of gorgeous bags made by our customer, the super talented Lisa Canzian! Lisa, who is the creator of Ago, Filo e Poesia (you can also find her work on instagram: @agofiloepoesia ), made these bags using fabrics purchased from our shop! Many of these bags use floral patterns, as well as Asian inspired designs. Lisa’s creations are stunning and we can’t stop staring at them! We tried to pick a favorite bag but we simply couldn’t, they’re ALL so beautiful!

If you’re a fan of browsing online shops, you might have noticed a function called the Wish List.
What exactly is that? Well, a Wish List is a list in which you can add and keep track of items you really like, such as scented squishies, Robert Kaufman fabrics, bento boxes etc. You’re not making a purchase, you’re simply noting down the items you’d like to get, in a convenient list.
Wish lists can be shared with your friends and family, so they can see what you like too! This is really handy when someone is shopping for birthday presents, Christmas gifts etc.
So how do you use the Wish List on our site? Here’s what you do:
1) Click on any product to get to its product description
2) Click on the button that says ‘Add to Wish List’
3) Select ‘Wish List’ to visit your list
4) Log into your account (if you haven’t already) and navigate to a page such as the main page, a product page etc. On the right hand side, you’ll see a box called ‘Wish List’. Click on the ‘Wish List’ link
5) You’ll see your Wish List again, and you’ll have the option to share it via Facebook, Twitter or email. This allows you to share your Wish List with your friends and family!
And there you have it! So what’s on your Wish List?

When wrapping up their trip to Tokyo, modeS4u’s Managing Director and IT Manager, Sandra and Alan, came across the works of some very talented designers who work with DIY products. The first artist, Kuroda Tsubasa, uses pom poms to create realistic looking cats and dogs! The second artist is Nakayama Midori, who uses felt to also create very realistic furry friends. Check out some fun images of their work here!
