Shop categories Halloween and Christmas are online

A couple of days ago we activated our shop categories Halloween and Christmas again. So now you can find all our products for these two holidays in one place and don’t have to browse through the different shop categories. Cute new Christmas fabrics in our shop

It’s still a while until Christmas but we start receiving the latest Christmas fabrics with our fabric shipments. We just added some super cute Christmas fabrics in cotton and cotton flannel to our shop. We’re highly in love with the adorable Christmas owl prints from the manufacturer Northcott. They also sent us an amazing advent calendar panel fabric that that be turned into a reusable yearly advent calendar. What a great idea!

Some typical kawaii Christmas prints reached us from Japan, the Cosmo Christmas fabrics really have a unique design.

From the US we received many cute Riley Blake Christmas fabrics. There are lots of cute prints with deer, snowmen and Christmas trees, but also very cool Vintage prints with Santa Claus and Christmas wreaths.

New Halloween fabrics from Cosmo, Riley Blake and Northcott

Just a couple of weeks until Halloween so it’s about time that we add new Halloween fabrics to our shop. We got the cutest Halloween fabrics from Cosmo in Japan. The Riley Blake Halloween fabrics are very adorable as well and great for projects with children.

We also received some Northcott Halloween fabrics. It’s our first delivery from this fabric manufacturer and we will introduce their fabrics more detailed once we’ve added them all to our shop, but we already like the gloomy atmosphere of the beautiful Halloween designs.

Our fabrics are featured in a lovely German sewing book

Last year we teamed up with German designer Saskia Abel and sent her some of our fabrics to use for her first sewing book ‘Kleine Taschen: 20 Nähprojekte, hübsch und praktisch’. What to sew: Camelot & Riley Blake

The International Quilt Market is such a great source of inspiration. All the different manufacturers show so many examples of what to sew with their fabrics that you don’t know what to remember. We totally loved the bags and pillows on the Camelot booth sewn with the cute Camelot dog fabrics that we also carry in our shop.

And Riley Blake showed many colourful children’s wear items in bright and happy colours combining many different fabrics in patchwork style. We also really loved the applications they put on dresses and pillows.

International Quilt Market: Riley Blake & Camelot

Time for more pretty pictures from the Spring Quilt Market. We totally loved the booth of Riley Blake. They focused on presenting the different designers and lines, so their booth was split up into lots of different corners about one collection. You got a great impression of the fabrics that way and saw lots of examples of what to do with the fabrics. You could also meet some of their fabric designers which would demonstrate how do do little projects with their fabrics.

Camelot is one of the labels that we discovered on the Quilt Market and didn’t know before. They had really cute and colourful fabrics which fit perfectly to our fabric range. We already received the first delivery, check out the Camelot fabrics in our shop.
