Welcome to our second post about the 2019 International Quilt Market that Sandra from our team recently attended. You will no doubt love some of the images taken, which we have included here. This year’s edition of the crowded worldwide trade show for members of the textiles industry took place in Kansas. There, Sandra met many modes4u.com fabric providers and visited their beautifully decorated booths: e.g. Michael Miller, Timeless Treasures, Sykel Enterprises are featured below.
Of course, we learned more about other interesting names working in the trade, too, and admired the many exhibits available. Check out pictures of some truly delightful girls’ dresses, and let us know what you think of them. You will also see a few strikingly colorful fabric designs: for instance, there were fabrics with pets in all colors of the rainbow, both dogs and cats, some daring patterns with monster trucks, and multicolored batik fabrics.
Fabrics with Japanese style kawaii characters were also abound, including a cat called Bananya who lives inside a banana, a cheeky monkey in funny Christmas designs, kawaii creatures shaped like Japanese food or animal donuts etc.
Let us know which picture is your favorite, and why we are unable to choose only one! Remember we always love to hear from you!
