Your favorite San-X critters, Rilakkuma, Korilakkuma and Kiiroitori, have a new friend and his name is Kogumachan. The word Kogumachan itself means Little Bear and the story behind this cute new friend is that when Rilakkuma and Korilakkuma were in the Honey Forest, they came across Kogumachan. Kogumachan and Korilakkuma especially struck up a fun friendship, however the two do seem to squabble a little bit when with Rilakkuma! This little guy sports brown fur with a white tuft and is certainly as cute as his new friends. What do you think of this new little guy? Check out our plushies and other cute items of him, Rilakkuma and co!
We’ve added tons of beautiful new fabrics to our store in a wide array of designs, with designs including shiny metallic dots and stripes, and more gorgeous floral patterns. There are so many to choose from! Why not have a little fun putting them together in patchwork projects? We found some super creative patchwork creations we’re sure you’ll love too. Maybe they’ll inspire you to try your own patchwork project and if you do, please send us a picture of your creations, we’d love to see them! Make sure to check out some of the fabrics we have, below!
It’s time again for a short edition of “what customers make with our fabrics”. In the last weeks our French customer Little Clary showed us her cool UK flag shirt, she sewed using one of our Riley Blake fabrics. Our Spanish customer Momita reminded us of her tutorial for sewing garments with a funny ostriches using Robert Kaufman fabric and from Germany we received pictures of bright owl pillows for a children’s hospital. Another French customer Le Blog de Claire showed us her sewed collection of mini dresses for cute animal dolls, using Elizabeth’s studio fabric and fabrics from Japan.

Do you like this stunning top on the cover of the February issue of Britain’s Sew Magazine? We adore it and it was made with our birch flag fabric. We teamed up with Sew Magazine and sponsored two organic birch fabrics that were used for cover garments and we couldn’t be happier. Both the peplum top and the dress look amazing.

The German sewing magazine burdastyle featured our Michael Miller gingerbread house fabric as their fabric of the month in the December issue of 2014. We love how they arranged the fabric with a real Gingerbread house, doesn’t it look amazing?

We pinned many projects that we loved throughout the last months. Some DIYs are a bit more complex, especially if they require sewing. However, there are also lots of super easy ones like the cute cork reindeer DIY or the Rilakkuma charm Christmas tree that we absolutely adore. And how cute is that peanut chain?
