A new fun thing in our shop. We received adorable 3D Paper Craft Sets from Japan. They provide you with material to craft kawaii 3D greeting cards, paper wreaths or decorations. To create the 3D effect you need to use a paper embossing ball tool which is not included in the sets.
The sets have super kawaii fairy tale designs and we got quite a few Christmas sets too. They contain lots of templates that you can cut out, emboss and stick on the cards. The printed outlines tell you exactly on what position you need to place the cut-outs, so it’s really easy to do. All the instructions are in Japanese only, but you can easily follow the instructions. We also found a couple of Japanese videos which might help you. Unfortunately we can’t embed them into this post, so visit here to see how to use the embossing ball tool and how to make the 3D paper craft book sets. Also check out our little “how to” collage at the end that we made from photos from the manufacturer to explain the different steps of the DIY sets.

Lots of the sets revolve around fairy tale characters like Little Red Riding Hood, Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan and more
