At an important textile trade show like the Spring Quilt Market you meet manufacturers from all around the world. So it was no surprise that we also visited the booths of our Japanese partners Kokka and Cosmo. Kokka had a beautiful booth full of echino fabrics, but they also presented their collections by Melody Miller and Ellen Lucket Baker.
In the USA Cosmo is known as Quilt Gate, so we found them at the Quilt Gate booth where they presented wonderful quilting fabrics.
On the Spring Quilt Market we also got to know the little Hawaiian label Trans-Pacific Textiles. They are not based in Japan but employ several Japanese designers which create the most amazing Anime fabrics for them. We already carry them in our shop, be sure to have a look.
