Of course, the shining star and character of the month could be no other than the kawaii Hello Kitty! For the occasion, she appears dressed in a wonderfully gorgeous red kimono, one of her favorite colors, and wears an elaborate headdress featuring cherry blossoms, a traditional fan and other embellishments, all on top of her characteristic bow, of course!
